The Brave

What does it mean to be brave?

Maybe brave means taking the next step. Getting out of bed, pushing through the anxiety, daring to live your best life, and tapping into your inner strength that lies within

BRAVE MEANS BEING OK WITH WHO YOU ARE.

It's having tough conversations and facing conflict instead of avoiding it to please others.

Brave means speaking your truth, even when afraid or hurting.

Brave takes time.

My brave began when I found the courage to rise above the obstacles.

To be honest, the biggest challenge was finding my inner voice in the face of complex circumstances. We all have stories - for me, I'm that working-class minority kid raised by a struggling single mother. I was an easy target for school bullies.

I found my brave in martial arts--traditions of self defence that helped me shape and strengthen my body and face my childhood bullies. But martial arts also taught me to be mentally strong. To face the emotional bullies and to heal the loss of my father.

Today, I notice it takes more than fear to get in my way!

But this story is about YOU, US, and the resilience we share collectively. That's what it means to be Brave, Strong, and Courageous (BSC).

Our stories are different, but together we persevere, driven by the inner strength that defines us. We are strong in the face of adversity and demand something more for our lives something bigger, better, bolder!

When you put on your BSC performance wear, you stand for something bigger than your story. You see that fear is a reaction, and courage a decision. You become part of a premium activewear brand that shows the world who you are and what you stand for.

Welcome to The Brave, Strong, and Courageous!
